HOLIDAY FITNESS FOOD AND DIET

Well work has been busy the past year for Bodystyling Australia – my personal training and fitness business in Adelaide and ive been watching what i eat the last few months pretty well getting myself into shape for when i go to the Gold Coast.

When im on holiday, even for a short 2 day trip, that diet goes out the window, however!

Gotta have fun while your away, why else is it called a “holiday”. Had 12 plates of these while at the Seaworld Resort Seafood Buffet. Yes my girlfriend took 12 separate pics of each plate to rub it in and embarrass me. I won’t be showing you the dessert plates! Can’t recommend the food up here on the Gold Coast enough.

Back to reality now, however.

I’m sure my outdoor fitness group will love stirring me up considering im always mean to them after we do group sessions when we grab coffee and a few of them decide to get a cake on Melbourne Street.
