Only have a few mins to make breakfast/lunch?
Those of you on my special top secret “All you can eat” diet know i always like to eat like a king and don’t like to spend any more than 5 mins preparing a meal. It’s the best and quickest way to lose weight quickly.
Throw 2 whole eggs, 2 whites, dash milk, spinach, mushroom, parsley, dash cheese into a pro blender like the Optimum or Omniblend. 3 secs on SLOW. Thats right. Put it in your clay pot or microwave stonewave cooker for 2 mins. Presto – low fat low carb healthy breakfast that tastes yummy!
Dessert? how bout Zero Fat apple crumble?
Cut up 1 of your serves of apple from my diet into 8 strips. Add it to your microwave cooker along with a dash cinnamon, equal/stevia to taste , tablespoon water, 1 tablespoon panko breadcrumbs (only 10g carbs, 0 g fat). Yes i’ll let you cheat with the breadcrumbs. Its stuff all carbs no fat and tastes great as a treat this dish. Stick it all in the microwave 2 mins.
Diet alone will not make you healthy, however. You’ll just get smaller and keep most of the fat. Without weights you lose fat AND muscle. You need to exercise as well to keep your muscle and only lose fat!
You may be overweight, unfit, unmotivated, lazy, depressed. Thats the game and you can’t change it for now.
