I designed this poster to make it easy for you all to make a Smoothie thats yummy, healthy and nutritious.
For the reasons and benefits of why you should be having them read my post “Why you should drink vegetable smoothies”. As one part of my “All You Can Eat” diet I advocate eating as many vegetables as you like. Your never hungry, you feel good, and due to the increase in vegetables you have so much energy to do things you wouldn’t have had the energy to do throughout the day. No carb or low carb diets leave you feeling hungry and grumpy. Your body is not designed to have no carbs. When i hear people tell me they are on a “no carb diet” they don’t even understand that fruit and vegetables are carbs.
It’s obviously easier to drink something than it is to eat it. One easy way is to replace your lunch with a smoothie. Ive had fantastic results with my “All You Can Eat” diet not only with my clients but myself. Ant Can – lead singer of “Ride into the Sun” has lost 12 kgs in only 2 months with me, and I’ve lost 7 kgs in 6 weeks myself. It’s a healthy, low cost, easy way to get into shape.
Proper diet is not going to get you there itself, however.
You also need to exercise and do weights otherwise your just going to get smaller and your muscles will shrink. It’s entirely possible to be small or skinny but still have a large amount of body fat. When you do weights it regenerates your muscles, makes them tighter and toned, you get stronger, fitter, it makes you healthier, you look better, live longer, increases your bone density so that it offsets arthritis and diseases like diabetes, not to mention it makes you feel better and more self confident with your personality and appearance.
One reason people tend to avoid weights and exercise is that its boring, a chore and hard. Instead of “working out” in which you get tired of it quickly and lose interest my training sessions are geared more to “human or life exercise”. I do fun stuff you enjoy doing that you could possibly use in everyday life. I’ve based it all on over 10 years experience. I know what works, what is fun and what keeps interest. Weights, kickboxing, tyre flipping, trx, kettlebells, core work. It’s fun and you you don’t notice how hard you have been working. Who wants to do 100 situps or pushups and be punished for not attending or calling the instructor by is proper name? Nobody. It’s boring and you lose interest.
Ive trained sports professionals, new moms, moms expecting, lawyers, celebrities, clients in the political world. I know what works and what doesn’t.
