Tasso lost 9kgs and 12cm of his stomach in 10 weeks.
He contacted me to “lose weight and build muscle”. He wanted to see how much fat he could lose in 10 weeks. I said that if he trains regularly not missing sessions, eats well and sticks to the plan we can expect to lose 5-10kgs in 10 weeks.
He does 1×45 min pt session per week with me and 3 group bootcamp sessions. He turns up early, never makes excuses and trains the house down. More importantly he said he’s not quitting.
